PlayStation 3 Firmware 1.31 Update

Sony has released the latest firmware update to PlayStation 3, officially bringing the console to 1.31. We suspect this one will be much less dramatic than the previous 1.30 update.
The reason for this is that nobody seems to know what this firmware update actually does to the PlayStation 3. Does 1.31 simply fix some minor bugs? Let the crazed theories begin!
