Valve: We Don't Have PS3 Developers
by Chris Naughton
Valve has been releasing some lovely Team Fortress 2 updates for PC, which which will also be released for Xbox 360 as well.
Unfortunately, PS3 gamers will be getting the short end of the stick on this one.
In an interview with 1UP, the company revealed that the new content will not be making its way to the PS3 version. The reason is quite straightforward.
"We don't have PlayStation developers," explained marketing director Doug Lombardi.
Additonally, Valve left the work on the PlayStation 3 version of Orange Box to Electronic Arts, but it looks like the arrangement didn't apply to porting the downloadable content.
"They're not doing ongoing development on The Orange Box for the PS3," acknowledged co-founder Gabe Newell.
